24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Our Policy

At IR Wellness of Suntree, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, we require at least 24 hours advance notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Why We Have This Policy

When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you. A missed appointment without adequate notice means another patient who could have been seen during that time may have to wait longer for care. This policy helps us:

  • Serve all patients in a timely manner
  • Maintain an efficient schedule
  • Reduce wait times for appointments
  • Allow other patients to fill open slots

Late Cancellation Fee

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps offset the cost of the reserved appointment time.

We understand that true emergencies happen. If you have an emergency that prevents you from providing 24-hour notice, please contact us as soon as possible. Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
